Dim sum san antonio6/21/2023 Maybe it sat in the rice noodles a bit too long. You probably can't have just one.įried bread sticks in rice noodles 炸兩 - The fried bread stick was good, except that it wasn't as crunchy as expected. Steamed pork ribs - Pretty average, not bad.Ĭhickened feet - This is pretty standard like from other restaurants.įried shrimp ball - The crunch from the fried flour led the way to the shrimp ball which was well seasoned. The ingredients settled right inside the bao, not overcooked and over stuffed like Golden Wok's. The chicken and mushroom with the ginger tasted good and cooked right (not overcooked). Stuffed eggplant - The stuffing was tasty and got that impressive fried crunch texture on the first bite.Ĭhicken mushroom buns or bao - The bao part was right, not too dense and felt fluffy in a good way. The shrimp was in good size, but could use some seasoning. Shrimp in rice noodles aka shrimp cheung fun - the cheung fun was soft and got the right texture. That left 1/3 of the space for actual dining area. 1/3 was used for storage of the tables and chairs. When I walked in, I was surprised that they only operated at 1/3 of their capacity. It was not as busy as the other dim sum restaurants I have been to in Texas. I arrived around 1245 on Sat and waited about 30 min.
